As Director of Operations at Altus Wealth Group, Jacklyn oversees the systems that support both the team and clients. She finds where processes can improve, develops workflows, and evaluates technology that helps everyone work more efficiently.

Jacklyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, with a degree in Finance and Business Management, gaining experience in real estate, banking, and accounting along the way. Before joining Altus, she held a senior client operations role at a financial services firm, where she supported clients and refined internal processes in a fully remote environment. She doesn't accept "that's the way we've always done it." She would rather understand why a process exists, question what no longer works, and build something better. She cares just as much about the people behind the work: she believes people do their best when they feel supported and part of something larger, and she works to create that environment at Altus.

Outside the office, Jacklyn runs a photography business, which balances the analytical side of her work and gives her another way to connect with people. She and her partner, Nate, share their home with a dog and two cats. In her free time she gets outdoors with family and friends, camping and visiting hot springs.
